Where to Sign

Be sure to write clearly and sign/print your name exactly as spelled on the front of your title. Avoid white-out, scribbles and strike-throughs.

1. Back of the title - sign name(s) in the box where it reads "Seller's Signature."
2. Back of the title right next to where you signed name(s) - print name(s) in the box where it reads "Seller's Name (Print in Full)."
3. Back of title in the right below where you signed - print WHEELZY where it reads "Buyer's Name (Print in Full)."

Multiple Owners

Only one owner must sign.

Lien or Bank Name on Title

If your Smithtown title shows a lien or a bank name printed on the front, then your title will need to be signed off by the lien holder or have a separate lien release letter.
