  1. Wait to sign until you are before a Notary.
  2. Back of the title top half - print name(s) on the line where it reads "Transferor's/Seller's Printed Name."
  3. Back of the title right next to where you printed name(s) - sign name(s) on the line where it reads "Transferor's/Seller's Signature."
  4. Back of the title at the top - print WHEELZY on the first line where it reads "Transferee's/Buyer's Printed Name."

Multiple Owners

All owners listed on the front of title must sign the title. Make sure to sign before a notary.

Lien or Bank Name on Title

If your Ohio title shows a lien or a bank name printed on the front, then your title will need to be signed off by the lien holder or have a separate lien release letter.
