Montana car titles must be notarized.

1. Wait to sign until you are before a Notary.
2. Front of the title bottom right - sign name(s) on the line where it reads "Signature of Seller."
3. Front of the title - right below where you signed your name(s) - print name(s) on the line where it reads "Printed Name - must be signed same as signature (do not type.)"

1. Wait to sign until you are before a Notary.
2. Front of the title - sign your name in the SELLER COMPLETES IN INK section in the box that reads "Signature of First Owner or Agent of Owner (Transferor)."
3. Front of the title - print your name in the SELLER COMPLETES IN INK section in the box that reads "Printed name - must be the same as signature (do not type)."

All owners listed on the front of title must sign the title. Make sure to sign before a notary.
