Where to Sign

Be sure to write clearly and sign/print your name exactly as spelled on the front of your title. Avoid white-out, scribbles, and strike-throughs.

1. Front of the title bottom right - sign name(s) on the line where it reads "Signature of Seller."
2. Front of the title - print your name in the SELLER COMPLETES IN INK section in the box that reads "Printed name - must be the same as signature (do not type)."

Multiple Owners

All owners listed on the front of title must sign the title. Make sure to sign before a notary.

Lien or Bank Name on Title

If your Kalispell title shows a lien or a bank name printed on the front, then your title will need to be signed off by the lien holder or have a separate lien release letter.
