Where to Sign

Be sure to write clearly and sign/print your name exactly as spelled on the front of your title. Avoid white-out, scribbles, and strike-throughs.

1. Front of the title middle left - sign name(s) on the line where it reads "Signature of First Legal Owner."
2. Front of the title middle right- sign name(s) on the line where it reads "Signature of Registered Owner."
3. Just below towards bottom right - print and sign on lines for "Signature of Transferor/Seller" and "Printed name of of Transferor/Seller."

Multiple Owners

All owners listed on the front of title must sign the title.

Lien or Bank Name on Title

If your Spanaway title shows a lien or a bank name printed on the front, then your title will need to be signed off by the lien holder or have a separate lien release letter.
