I just closed a deal with them yesterday. The thing that jumps out at me was the patience they presented with. I didn't have my title readily available because it was locked up in my safe deposit box at the bank with a lost key. They were very patient with me and very understanding while I was waiting for the guy to come and drill my lock. Once I got my lock drilled and title in hand they we're there very promptly and cut a check on the spot. Clarisse was awesome throughout the whole process.
